LA CERRA is built in the traditional way of
“Stazzo Gallurese”, old local farm.
If
you prefer half board, it includes only
spending the night,breakfast,lunch and
dinner with exclusive genuine local dishes.
(guided tours are not included)

offer you the typical Sardinian
dishes such as
“THE CHIUSONI”,hand made pasta
with tomato and sausage sauce,or
“THE PULIGIONI” also hand made
pasta with fresh cheese inside, the “ZUPPA
GALLURESE”
and “ PAN’A FITTI” bread
pudding with many kinds of cheese ;the
typical “PORCETTO Sardo”, roasted
Sardinian Pork... fresh vegetables from the
kitchen-garden.etc (all biological
cultivation).
